Recently, State Senator Emil Jones (D-Chicago) met with students from Trinity Christian College. The group discussed issues surrounding the institution ranging from public safety, funding, and supporting legislation for higher education. “I was pleased to see the students and administrators advocate for their right to a successful futures. When groups like Trinity Christian College comes to Springfield to show their concern for the direction the state is going, it lets me know Illinois brightest days are still to come,” Jones said.
